Welcome to Hearts Gallery. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our event photo gallery service. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

When you create an account with Hearts Gallery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use our service.

Hearts Gallery allows you to create photo galleries for events and share them via QR codes. When using our gallery features, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for all content uploaded to your galleries, whether uploaded by you or by attendees via QR code access
• You will not upload or permit the upload of content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• You will not upload content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• You grant Hearts Gallery a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service
• You retain all ownership rights to your original content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

Hearts Gallery operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to our service:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

The Hearts Gallery service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Hearts Gallery and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of our service without our express written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Uploading prohibited or illegal content
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Abuse or misuse of the service

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may delete your account data, including all galleries and uploaded photos, after a reasonable retention period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hearts Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Interruption of service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by other means. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
